We all know the importance of keeping our customers at the forefront in all that we do--sales, marketing, product development, etc. But, let's face it. Sometimes we all get a little sloppy. This is a great reminder.
Ohhh thanks for the video tutorial. It also taught me a very very important lesson.. This problem of getting sloppy exists in me and so I tried some online to do lists but with no use...Now I think that I should maintain a diary for it.
